Spend 86,400 each day and receive the same everyday

We are all given 86,400 everyday to spend. How are you going to spend it? What choices are you going to make? 86,400 seconds are deposited into each of our “time account” each day. We all get the same, so why don’t we all achieve similar results? The answer is: Time Management… If you seem to be too busy and stressed out, yet have a To-Do-List for all your tasks, maybe adding a “To-DON’T-List” is the answer. A list of things/tasks that you shouldn’t be doing, so you can focus on the things that you SHOULD/WANT to do….
