Hartmut is such a gentle, loving coach. He was able to get directly to the heart of my issues, yet with his humor and positive outlook, I didn't feel defensive or angry. With his guidance, I was able to identify and unlock erroneous thinking habits, then motivate me to make the changes I wanted. I found it refreshing that you presented a problem of employee disengagement and then provided us with an action plan of to know how to start making improvements. I would have liked to have more handouts on your slides so that I could focus more on your presentation instead of taking notes.
